How can I download my purchased products?

Please login into your account and download the products from the account page, if you didn't received download email within 5-10 mins. Also check video here - 

 

 

How easy it is to use your products for my photographs?

You need to know the basics of adobe photoshop or you can also use the tutorials to do it on your own. You can also use our design team to get it done for you for a small fee. You can change colors/fonts/pictures within our templates easily.

How about return & refund policy?

Due to nature of Digital Product Download, we do not allow any returns or refund in any case. Once you place order, we automatically send you the link to download the product. In case you have not received the download link due to any reason please contact us and we will resend it to you.

How about compatibility?

All our products are compatible with Adobe Photoshop and Elements. Also, they are PC & MAC compatible. However, in all case, YOU MUST download a FREE SAMPLE TEMPLATE before purchasing on our website to ensure you have the version of Photoshop which is usable with our products.

Can I use your Fonts & are they included?

We usually use FREE Fonts. You can find all the free fonts we use here. However, fonts are not sold & are not included in the template. You can use matching free fonts from here.

 We strongly suggest you check the licensing terms for each font.

How do I install the fonts?

Do you have any warranties from independent design providers?

We strictly control uniqueness and originality of the templates, created by our designers. Our designers are working according to our Freelance non-exclusive License Agreement, which claimed that the files provided by the designer, should be unique, include only legal sources, do not violate any copyright, and also files should not be published before.

How to report a piracy?

In case you’ve noticed a violation of our products copyright, it will be highly appreciated if you contact our Copyright and Legal Affairs Department. The information that you submit will be held confidentially and will help us to defend the uniqueness and quality of our products.

I would like to know if there is any legal or ethical obligation in regards to reselling a purchased template.

You may not place any of our products, whether modified or not on a diskette, CD, a website or any other alternative and offer them for another distribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company. You can only customize and sale the print version of our templates to your customers.

Can I use the graphics and layout of your templates ?

Unfortunately, you are allowed to use graphics and layout within our template only! Stealing our layout or images is strictly forbidden and is violated at our copyrights. We guarantee the swift legal action against anyone who steals our images, layout, style, intellectual property, ideas, bandwidth or page content.

Legal costs and travel expenses incurred by our personnel to resolve copyright infringements against us will be paid by the violator – guaranteed. We offer rewards to anyone who reports the theft of our hard work!

 Can I use your free sample templates on my site?

Yes, you can. Feel free to view and download these template free of charge for educational purposes only. Our sample templates will help you evaluate the quality of our products and test your skills before the purchase. FREE SAMPLE TEMPLATE

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of independent content providers. Our products are provided “as they are” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Modifications
You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes in accordance with the type of license you acquire.

Imagery, clipart, and fonts
All imagery, clipart, and fonts used in our products are royalty-free and are an integral part of our products. One Time Usage License and Developers License give you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the project you build using your template. You can use imagery, clipart, and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. All images and illustrations used in templates come in a single layer, as is.
